netball
things to brush up (basically ONLY myself):- stamina (cannot so fast jiu cannot!! yps! gonna ask chityee run with me. sunday run in park with dad.) * i know people don't believe. as he asked me to run before and i didnt listen. so what? i really running. *
- defence ( guard more, jump more. lob passes, run behind attacker. run on toes. stay strong. see ball and attacker (hard for me) when attacker is hyper, must hyper with her, when tapped the ball, run for the ball, dont dilly dally. opponent will just snatch it back.)
- attack ( run infront of player, better throwings, dont wait to recover when i catch the ball, just straight go and see who's free, try to be more alert with people around me, especially when we are crowding in a place, trying to get ball )
- catches ( dont so heck care when people throw soft passes as my hands wont hurt, alert yps! throw in must catch properly, as a rare chance to get the ball back to our hands. wont shout for ball when not free :X )
- throwing ( throw harder, more to the side. )
- shooting ( real lan. aim more, focus more. focus jiu can le! when really cant go in, balance with one foot, catch for rebounce faster, jump for rebounce, dont care about sunlight, spoil eyes jiu spoil eyes. train on shooting, try to aim 50-100 shoots per training?)
- aggressive ( more hen, defend, guard as closely as possible. attack, do all sorts to get ball.)
- overall, im a lan player T.T, not good in anything T.T (cap! you didn't praise me D:)
- jiayou, yps.
- you are no longer a player who walks around, nothing to do, just waiting for ball.
- you are someone important (i guess?)
- for the team. i will work harder. a lot.
